I had no idea there was a switch under the unit. Excellent help. My NSM 'Ultimate' (similar to the one shown here, but an earlier version) went crazy and wouldn't play. I opened it up and rocked the player unit towards me to access the ribbon type connection leads, which I twiddled - maybe a dry joint or something. It now works perfectly. Also I looked further into how to play a CD in its entirety. On the menu I went to 'settings', then 'selection', then scrolled down to album play, pressed the * button to give 'yes', then the 'hit' button. It now plays a whole CD by keying in, e.g. 01 00 (not 01 01). Haven't found a way of rejecting yet though other than turning off at the on/off switch. Can anyone help on that?

These were the last of the NSM CD Boxes this one was a nightmare ,the lazer was unpredictable it would play cd on day and next day wouldn,t and you had to readthe cd in all over again

Hi not sure if you can help me I have the wizard cd juke box the same as yours. The credits have stopped. I do not use money. and cannot find the codes to reset to the 99 credits. is there any way you could help me please.

There should be a red button inside the Jukebox near where you put the money in whic when pressed will add credits. It's a bit of a faff but works. Other than that you probably need to get some professional help as I belive your model takes preloaded instructions from a chip which needs to be programed. The codes can be programed in, if you know what they are. I only know this as my sister also has an NSM jukebox with a slightly older operating system and she had to get a jukebox engineer round to fix similar issues.

I'm still around. I changed my email address and lost access to this KZbin account. The jukebox is still working well after 16 years, though had issues over the years which I solved myself including replacing the battery, light tubes, and sound problems which I sorted by doing a factory reset. I've also now wall mounted a touch screen laptop next to it running Spotify through the auxiliary sockets which is great at parties as it allows you to select a playlist or any track requested. I absolutely love this jukebox and it's the best £200 I ever spent.
