As an owner of the CR920P i picked up the CR920X as soon as it became available. I installed the CR920P upper on the CR920X lower to make a CR920X-P, took it to the range and ran 300 rounds through it and it runs flawless. With the comp of the CR920P and longer grip of the CR920X you can control recoilI better with the X frame compared to the shorter grip of the CR920P. I run it in Glock 48 holster and in my opinion is a nice carry option. For those interested in the comped version it’s worth the wait for that model to become available.

Welp, I went from 4 Glocks down to 1, and I’m fixing to be at none. The XR, MR, and CR920X have replaced my 45, 19 and 43x. Couldn’t be happier with their firearms. Everything I always wanted my Glocks to be right out of the box.

I grabbed one from Buds as soon as they hit the site. I got the Elite. 2 things I notice. Some of the bronze finish has come off the barrel. 2nd, when they say a 200rd break in period .They were not lying .I had a ton of FTF. Things got better after 200rd or so.

Great review. Put a small piece of masking or painters tape on the rotating cylinder of the Lyman Trigger gauge to increase the frictional coefficient between the trigger and the contact point on the trigger gauge.

No the 43X mags do not fit. I tried the stock and PSA 15rd mags. Too wide to fit in the grip.

@TacticalConsiderations idk if it'd just me or to much time with glocks, but I have yet to even feel shadow systems makes a better gun than CZ. Maybe I've yet to see any one have the time or money to put 10k rounds through a shadow systems. But 10k rounds through my glock 19 and man the gun is just butter. Fine wine imo. Actually took about 6500 rounds for the gun to mold together and the trigger pull to drop about 9 ounces in pull weight

It is a GLOCK! And I've never cleaned and lubed a Glock or a POS Sig before the range and I've never had a malfunction in either on those initial range days. I've only had 2 malfunctions in a Glock 43X and two in an XTen. I've never had a DS Glock malfunction and I always wipe them completely dry after cleaning. I learned on the Syrian border in 2005 that a lubed/wet gun doesn't work in harsh environments. It's better if it's just wiped down dry.

Not cleaning a d lubricating your firearms is not a great idea. What is your definition of running it wet? Certain parts on guns require lube just like your car engine requires oil.

What many people don't understand is the. When a firearm is shipped, it's not necessarily covered in lubricant. Its covered in a protective grease many times which needs to be removed.

After 300rds and some dry firing it did go away What he didn’t included in the video or I must of missed it. It does take 18rds as well All you need is the 13rd base plate for cr920 insert it 15rd cr920x and 💥 got 18rds

i hit up DD and SS and they said you don't have to do anything before going out and shooting your new gun. You either made that up or its fudd lore. The only "downside" at least with DD is they over lube it so a lot burns off but with my xr920 and my ris3 i ran 1k through em first time out without doing anything and had no malfunctions. same with my glock. i like you bro but you got some shit takes sometimes. still respect you tho.

Did you notice that the mag release itself was harder to depress/get the mag to drop? I own multiple Glocks and another Shadow Systems gun and none of them do I need to really mash the mag release in like I do on the 920x I just got

In my testing prior to launch I noticed a burr in the mag release that they confirmed and corrected inline.

Is the mag catch polymer? Shadow Systems had issues in the past with mags falling out of pistols without pressing the mag catch. Shield released the steel mag catch because the metal body would eat away at both the stock polymer and aluminum mag catches. I wonder if this will be a weak point if the catch is in fact polymer.
