I've learned to distance myself from negative people and not share the positive things that I am bringing into my life. They can be so emotionally draining especially when you need support and encouragement they become resentful and distant. Awareness that the negativity exist in the first place is crucial process. Being able to feel it, see it coming, and call it out in your mind immediately-Is freedom! Learning to remove myself from negative family members has been difficult. I’m finally learning to love myself, by myself, for myself. It’s hard work! But it’s REAL, and that’s what matters. ❤️

A genuinely believe that everyone's journey to enlightenment and to raising their vibration is very personal. Those who have actually gone through it often understand what I mean when I say it has been so hard and so painful and so ugly at times and that's actually how I know it's so real. Thank you for this video. I've been on this journey many years now and for the past year and a half had reconnected with my ex who is also my children's father. I wanted so badly to share with him all of the beautiful things I learned and tried so hard to bring him to a place that we could possibly heal and grow and reach another level of life together but I now have realized over these last several months that he was my final lesson. Not final lesson but just that I had certain things I still needed to overcome and I don't know that without at times horrific things I've gone through in the last year and a half, that I would have faced certain things. Trust me when I say it would be very easy to hate this man for all he has done to me but I find myself leaving with so much gratitude! So much gratitude for the beautiful things we did share including my children and so much gratitude for being this negative energy that forced me to look at things that still triggered me and what I needed to overcome as well as me being able to walk away with gratitude showing me that I truly have reached an entirely other level within my soul. I think part of my lesson was to realize that I cannot save others. I do believe I am on this planet to help others reach a higher vibration. I've always known I was meant for something since I was a child but I never knew what but everything in my bones tells me this is what it is. I now realize I cannot put on a cape and go save others but what I can do is be there prepared when others come seeking and that might have been the most important lesson of all. I'm sorry for such a lengthy comment lol I have kept my Awakening journey very private other than with my ex and I am only now reaching a point where I no longer feel the need to do that and it is very exciting for me to speak out on it as well as being able to speak out in a place where others are experiencing the same shift in their consciousness. It is honestly a very exciting time in the history of Earth to be alive in my opinion! I am working on building a new life after my ex and I spent our entire lives together and his energy is still very negative and it has created many barriers for me and I appreciate this video so that I can help myself continue to ascend further 💓
