After submitting application You will get a message to load the documents with complete set of saledeed documents, EC, Market Value , Google Maps Pin Location then after that they will come for inspection to make measurements of your plot layout Based on that they will tell you to pay lrs fee online

Thanks for this video to get basic information it is just like booking a train ticket if we have basic knowledge of the plot and other. The basic information provided u to help and simplify new ppl. i have filled the form today and success status. got the receipt of it but the receipt is in single line has APPLICATION ID, APPLICANT NAME, TRANSACTION NUMBER,PAYMENT TYPE information on it. no details of the plot and other . The app is slow didnt respond properly at OTP STAGE AND PAYMENT STAGE I TRIED NEARLY 10 TIMES TO GET IT DONE SUCCESSFULLY. I strongly Recommend pple to see this video to get the basic information. and proceed for filling applicaiton through app.

Sir, చాలా మందికి ప్లాట్ నెంబర్ ఉండదు కానీ కొంత open plot ఉంటుంది. అలాంటి వారికోసం మీరు ప్లాట్ నెంబర్ లేని డాక్యుమెంట్ ని అలా apply చెయ్యాలో వీడియో చెయ్యండి చాలా మందికి use అవుతుంది.

I purchased land in a Venture, which is the combination of multiple survey numbers, and my piece of land belongs one of the survey number, so shall I mention only that survey number where my piece of land belongs to? or should I need to mention total survey numbers of the venture ? 2. My piece of land is not having plot not but Farm Site Number, so shall I mention it in place of plot number ? 3. Sir, Entire Process is Well Explained. Thank you for the same. However let us know as to how the procedure of LRS is envisaged if Layout Property is Owned by Multiple Persons? For instance, there are 10 Plots in a Layout approved by GP and owned by three persons. In that say 7 Plots are sold to other parties. Three Plots still remain unsold. Should they go for LRS for three remaining Plots or for entire Layout? If so how? Your kind clarification is earnestly solicited please. 🌺🙏🌺

Last టైమ్ nenu LRS kosam naa korremula లో వున్న plot కోసం apply చేశాను. But, hmda వాళ్లు నా ప్లాట్ ki NOC from compitent authority, area district collector( కీసర) నించి తీసుకుని upload చేయమని మెసేజ్ వచ్చింది. నేను వెళ్ళి NOC కోసం లెటర్ ఇచ్చాను. కానీ i could not get the NOC from them. So, ఇప్పుడు నేను ఏమి చెయ్యాలి.

Hi Sir, we have land around 300 yards, but there is no plot number in Sale Deed. It is registered as regular land without any layout/plot. Do we need to apply for LRS?

Sir Madhi total 200 sqyards(100+100) plot, mundhu ga na name mida only 100 yards unde, ma sister 100 unde nenu ma sister di 100 tisukuna same plot, so 200 yards aindhi, latest saledeed lo 100 yards na name pi chepinchukuna. LRS apply chesetapudu only 1 saledeed number allow chesthundhi, na dagara 2 saledeeds unai 2 different 100 yards , mari ipudu nenu 2 differnt plots ga apply cheyalana..? ledha latest saledeed number ichi 200 yards ichi apply chesthe saripothada.

My house encumbrance certificate is available online along with the links doc information. Further, I do have Sale deed registration of this house. This house falls in Hyderabad city. I hope It no more requires any LRS. Please clarify.

Ask an independent Plan Designer. They will tell you. Cross verify it with a document writer. Municipal Zonal Office will have the details if it is in GHMC area. Otherwise go to HUDA office Help Desk. They will tell you. in Tarnaka, next to Aaradhana Cinema House, HUDA office is there
