I am absolutely stunned! I mean, we were all warned how fast time flies, obviously I just did not get it. I look in the mirror, but hardly recognize my own face. Is it really me? I feel cheated. Like I am really only half my age, still a little wobbly, just a little bit behind, late start but ready! What do you mean it is almost over?!?!? Can I get a restart?!?!?

This song was played at my mates funeral…. I’ve never been the same since. This song brings tears, goosebumps and over the years a warm smile of the awesome times we had together. Cheers from Australia, and live your life everyday like it’s your last. I say this from my hospital bed, bored, but thankful my heart decided too keep going for a little longer, feeling emotional so remembered this song, it made me breakdown. Blokes do “shower cry”, and I’m not ashamed too say it. I’m just stoked I’ll be able to watch my kids grow up and won’t take it for granted.

I wrote a novel which was originally written as a TV series. If it were to ever be made, this song is a very important part of the story for one of the characters, really hope I get to see it made one day.

Before auto tune when artists were true artists and could replicate their songs live like this. Both ladies have phenomenal voices. I don't know if Siobhan did any solo stuff after this, it would have been awesome with that tone.

She made a Shakespear's Sister album on her own after, called #3. Rare but brilliant.

In delirium I experienced this on TOTP's at the time, during a chapter in my life whereby I found myself sprawled out on the couch, semi-comatosed n' clucking badly waiting for yer man...who, in fact never arrived for three days. Yep, a pivotal moment alright. From a chapter of my life loaded up with emotion and dreamy nostalgia. I'm still here tee-totalled now n' very very boring. Alas, many of my cohorts are not here now, gawld bless 'em. 💜💜💜 This song will always be my portal to go back to that time..an intense mixture of emotions, memories and hard knocks.. but all valued nonetheless.

I don’t care! No seriously! I don’t care is another one of their songs that are great. It may not have been the greatest hit at the time, but still a good song. Oh yeah, another definitive hit was Hello (Turn the Radio On).
