For everybody who watch this video, it's absolutely great till the end problem, what actuali no problem is!!! Took me 5 hours to figger it out!!!! They did everything totaly right, the small open one the side walves are normal in this position. From this stage pull harder on the slider rod or pull on the the spring on the top and the side valves will fully open. Is like a 3 stage kips!

Hey Shane, how about a video on power valve operation theory, and how each big manufacturer differ in their construction of the power valve. Your videos have a lot of info that would be impossible to find without working in a motor or ATV shop. Thank you.

It was good Shane. I liked the way that you were teaching the students to look and question, rather than simply assembling. I was wondering if the port valves were handed left & right... re the alignment issue

Hi m8, i thought that that the side ports were ment to open as the powervalve shut , not sure but the manual said the same, i would say its an expansion chamber compensation design or somthing where the bike can be tuned for a wider than normal 2 stroke power band. Anyways hooe you can clear this up for me, ill sus your other videos.

I don't believe so. Its all about exhaust volume control to widen a powerband as you said. I believe I have a photo of the kawsaki powervalve flow. The exhaust main valve with the chipped teeth. Did you replace it or reinstall it? I have one tooth missing on mine and really would like to know if I can reinstall it
