Love watching all the reviews on your channel! Background music is relaxing and perfect for creating a positive surf vibe. Kepp them coming! I personally would never buy (invest) into that kind of system, purely because with so many parts, springs etc. it will break easily and won't last long (same thing with swelltech surfskate springs). That is why carver CX is such a hit - it's just bushings that do the work. And with the current situation in the world with shipping delays and supply chain issues - the last thing I want is to wait for a spring for my surf skate while it sits in the corner unusable for a few months..

Hey man big fan of ur page super helpful videos🤙🏻 what would you say your favorite surfskate system is? You’ve shredded just about all of them, a comparison video of your favorites would be super cool!

Shane, I’m seeing a lot of “shortboard” surfer body language but wonder about surfskating for older guys (50+) who surf longboards. Any particular surfskate boards or techniques you could suggest? We older guys need to get with surfskating to keep limber, ready for days in the sea. Cheers 🤙🤙

I'm not Shane, but if you have a lot of space in the area you live, you can check out the brand "Hamboard". I believe they make the longest boards there are and it looks to me really like a lonbgboard style skating. I don't have the space here, so I have not tried them.

Great video as usual! You are a great teacher! Could you make a video about speed check please? I love to cruise with my surfskate (as a beginner, 3 month of practice) and I start using speed check to control my speed in downhill (not huge one 😁). Currently using some orangatang stimulus orange wheels (70mm, 42 patch, 80a), I think they are great to slide. Can we do some thing close to Coleman shutdown with a surfskate? To stop or almost? How narrow can we use it to slow down on narrow road/path/way? Differents speeds (for surfskate)? It's easier for me to do it back side than front side (no skills in longboard slide at all). I hope you'll read me🤞. Thanks for your videos anyway 😉. Sorry for my English, from France with surfskate love 🤩

Always informative and inspiring Shane. What is the deck that you swapped to. I run Carver CX on a Loaded Poke for cruising and on a Krooked Ray Barbee Flames - 15.75" w/b for carparks.)

Hi Shane thanks for all the content love your style and the way you flow rail to rail. i have a question, i surf natural and when i skate i noticed i skate goofy, should i try changing to natural when i skate or will this not really make a difference. what do you recon. Ideally you want to replicate your surf stance to get as much carryover as possible

It's been over year and I still can't get the hang of Infinity Loop on my swelltech (Wheel base: 23.5″). I'm 5'4" 140 lbs, which specific deck / wheel base / trucks / model would you suggest to make Infinity Loop as easy as possible to learn on?
@johnroady94952 жыл бұрын
My comment disappeared, so here again. A swelltech is a very nice board and you can do it easily with it. I will receive my second one today! They key is to make the trucks as loose as possible. Check out the internet for "T-Tool". The first 2/3 weeks will feel very wobbly, but when you get used to it you don't want to go back to tight trucks I promise that. If I check your wheelbase it's slightly large for your size, but it should not be a problem. Now you have a more natural surf stance, but you can make smaller turn circles with the smaller wheelbase. On the website you can see recommended sizings. But again with looser trucks you can turn more easy. And of course check Shane's video's on how to pump. Good luck!

Thanks for the review Shane! The system looks awesome but really heavy -that's the drawback.

hello Shane, I am from Macau, forgive me out of this topic, can I ask the question of the waterborne put on 78A bushing PU, the adapter can bear on it? did the adapter can stand on 78A? would it blow out?
