Honorable Yan Lei, seeing this I would like to ask you a question: Metal brush hardens skin, metal bar hardens flexed muscles against impact. I know these two very well. But to harden muscles against impact, we used a metal BALL ... just big enough to fit into fist, about 10-12 cm. Because impact of ball comes to one point, like fist (or finger) of opponent comes to one point of your body Moreover, we did use two metal balls, one in each hand, to simulate multiple strikes hitting us. Thus training to resist against series of strikes, by using the two balls in quick sequence - and also against simultaneous strikes with both hands (山突き), by using both balls at the same time. Is there any reason why you prefer bar ? I would just like to know. Maybe there is something I didn't think of. Thank You, Honorable Yan Lei. I wish you a long and happy life!
@itos1914 жыл бұрын
maybe kicks to the body, like the roundhouse with the shin, or if being attacked by a staff, baton, or bat. that metal ball thing sounds like a good idea too tho
@James-wd9ib Жыл бұрын
I just think metal bars are very readily available and easier to acquire than large metal balls. Even just baseballs, which are the size you described and hard enough, are hard to find in many non-western countries

It's also why China will literally control the world very soon. If you pay attention to the things they've done in the last decade, they are gearing up to be the most dominant superpower this planet has ever seen. Actually, this is physics. He bounces the hits off him using a couple methods of energy displacement. Instead of taking it and getting weakened he absorbs a little and bounces it back, canceling the hit and returning it's momentum!!!
@JhonnyD886 жыл бұрын
Wind Ninja Yes you are right... it's like to say that lawyers know law... yes they know it but there are also criminals in jail that read law books still they are not lawyers. The fact that a lawyer knows law is just a consequence of a more difficult path that teaches him not just to know law but also to understand it and apply it. So it is qi gong. You cannot learn just by moving you body and using your breath but when you have learned it you will do it as a consequence.
@Menkalo6 жыл бұрын
