The way to do this is by going to (apps --> G suite --> Gmail --> user settings --> mail delegation) in the admin console

In setting up this user (info@ or whatever) for the shared bucket, who do you make as the user? The business owner? It needs to be a person?

So to create a Shared Mailbox like I would in Exchange Online I have to create a "New User" and share the creds to the end users that need access? Why and how is this better then just creating a shared mailbox and delegating access to it? I hate that a few of my clients go with G-Suite it's such a jank system especially gmail Google has all but given up on it and focused on the storage side of the house.

G-suite is trash for an enterprise environment. You would make a lot more money migrating them over to O365.

I can't find any information on setting up a recovery email for a business that is a joint partnership. Do you know the best way to do this so that one of the partners is not using a personal email account as the recovery? That could be problematic in the future if my partner is using his email and phone number as the recovery because I don't have access to that information. Not sure why this is so hard to find info on.

How do I setup the info@ adress in Google admin? Do I have to create it as a new user and pay monthly fee for every shaved adress? Or is there another solution? Pls
