I have 5 brothers and 5 sisters.very closely knit. We were the luggage my parents packed at the drop of a hat. We enjoyed each and every stop made as a family. The seasons of our lives have made us closer and stronger for the upcoming challenges that my Lord had placed in our paths. Thank you for the fond memories. I love having my tea with you and enjoy your company and tutorials. Blessed be your journey into a new season of life with your family.

The lace zippers are pretty, the way you made the bag, it’s self-finishing, so cute. Went on to your video for over-the-shoulder bags, fabulous and nice of Jen to market them for you as EpiPen friendly. Your life is only going up my friend. I’m thinking you’re going to be happy touching all your fabrics again as you pack them, then again when you arrange them in your new home. Have fun with the experience Jean.

But these past couple of videos where you have talked more about your personal life and your feelings and your struggles, those have helped me grow to really know you and admire you. Thank you for being so honest and willing to share with us. It's hard to open up sometimes, but it helps to know that others are also not "perfect". That way no one feels like they are the only one going through hard times. Also, your tutorial is fabulous. I am going to get me some Amazon zippers and hardware and start sewing! :)

Love you Jean! Don't feel pressured to explain anything. It's nobody's business to tell you what to do and how to do it. We love you the way you are and your stories. My husband and I were both in the Air Force and stationed at different bases when we met. We only saw each other 4 times from February to October when we got married, now it's 42 years later. We, hopefully, moved our last time 6 years ago while we could make the decision ourselves and not get to the point of children making the decision for us. I love people's stories. Love the tutorials. I love your life story so much. I keep returning to this video as I work on the bag until I need the next thing and then continue quilting. I will finish someday! I would love to hear about the Mormon religion. You should do a video on it. Does anyone else have 20 projects going at the same time? When I was a young girl in N. Ireland my mum always brought the Mormon callers in and we had sandwiches or biscuits and tea and had lovely talks. They never forced anything on us as we are Catholic but when they went back they told the next ones so they came from I was 11 until I went to university. We loved the magazine. Was it called the watchtower? Lol,this is the pouch one, ok, a pouch it is.
@jeantruelovetruelovequiltsfory3 жыл бұрын
Glad you like this little pouch Jane and thank you for watching me! I'd love to tell you about the Mormon religion ~ if I knew anything about it!! LOL! However, Our family are Jehovah's Witnesses and yes, the magazine that we freely distribute to the public is, indeed, the Watchtower!! Along with its' companion magazine, the Awake. LOL! Because of COVID, and out of love for the entire world in such perilous times, our public door-to-door and outdoor cart/trolley preaching work has been halted for the time being ~ however we are still reaching people via letters and telephones! The real test to see if COVID is over and it's safe to go out, is when Jehovah's Witnesses start knocking on your doors again!! LOL! LOL! Take care and thanks again:)

Hi Jean ~ Jen had a marvelous thought! They would be perfect to use to hold Epi-pens, etc. for students with allergies. I worked as a school secretary and was responsible to keep track of students with medical issues. I would have a huge binder with medical information in the office. Plus a smaller binder for listing students with life threatening medical information. I could have used these pouches for the student/teacher to take with them on Field trips. I would purchase the plastic label sleeve though to hold the card on the outside of the pouch with the student`s name and instructions on dosage, etc. Medicines were always kept in the office. It would mean more work for me but it would contain the medication and in an emergency on a class trip they would know exactly where to look. Bravo Jen.
