I bought the px200 and it does not come with the Hose cleaning tool , and cannot find it anywhere online . We want that to clean the hose , any ideas on how to get it ?

Is it missing from your box? I tried searching online and can't find it anywhere either, it really should have been in the box. You should try to find out from the place you bought it from, it's possible it's missing. You can also try to call Shark customer service and ask them, because it's not on their website. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

Is it required to add oxy multiplier in the tank? Or leave it empty

You can't leave it empty. It needs water and adding the oxy multiplier acts as a cleaning solution to help remove stains and clean better. Water alone can only do so much.
