This is one of the strangest counter offers and am really surprised he got a deal with Lori (which I doubt closed).. he waited until the offers are out and then came out that he wants to give 10% of THEIR equity for Charity! Since she made the offer already, she couldn't claim it's not in her space. If she denied the offer after he asked her to give up 5% *for a cat shelter* then she'd be saying that 5% of a small company is worth more to her than helping save cats. That's not a good look.
