The world is too complex to solely rely on trial and error and be successful. people need to understand what royalty in perpetuity means. when he gives you cash and its stractured with a royalty on in until money is is recouped its basicly a loan but not puting a cap on how much the royalty will go is basicly a loan with infinite intrest rate it will basicly delute your buissnes out of cashflow specialy when the ask for equity. god bless you all and your families 🤲

I knew they would listen to the smooth voice. Why couldn't they go a bank? Half the time they were sold out. Why wouldn't a bank give them a line of credit? To get someone to offer 700 million for the company they would probably have to sell 200 m of sales a year wouldn't they? Sharks talk about getting to 50m and it's difficult. If Nui isn't a household name I don't believe they will get 700 million for that company. The shark got a good cash cow for a long time. They just heard 300 k .
