The interview with Shaun was a bit awkward, Shaun came on the show to promote his music but the interviewers treat him as if his this drug taking 20 something years old rocker caricature that he use to be rather than a 60 something years old rocker who just wants to promote his tours on a morning news show.

I’ve seen similar in Oliver Reed interviews, and he like Ryder would often handle it well. Strangely enough, but I was actually reminded of an Oliver Reed interview with all the awkwardness (created by the hosts) when Shaun just wanted a friendly chat about the present
