Definitely , the best stand mixer is your arms ,just knead the dough with your hands for 10 -15 mins .

What’s the difference between this, Saj Bread and Tannour Bread ?

Saj is the stone that the bread is cooked on so this is one style of Saj bread. Tannour bread is more fluffy and baked in a tandoor oven
