@@niikon I've noticed, but tbh. it's really not easy on the nordschleife. I'm HnT'ing my car during normal driving just for the fun of it ( and hopefully prolong the life of the drive train ), but on the ring I've struggled. It's quite rare that you need to press the breaking pedal with full or near full force, just very gentle dabs most of the time. Thus I find it very hard to be precise and subtle on the brake and rev-match at the same time.

You are absolutly right! I hope we will see even more female drivers and cars, often they drive really smooth and dont do anything stupid, just pure fun and alot of joy :D I try very hard to make my amazing women to join me at Nordschleife but its been hard to make it happen with work, kids and everything but now after i show this to her i hope she will be even more excited to make Nurburgring our paradise, not just mine :D Next year my oldest son will have his licence.... cant wait to take him out to the track!! What a dream 😍

In the Netherlands almost everybody learns to drive in a stick shift car. Even if they buy and drive an automatic later in life. Once you learn to drive stick shift you never unlearn or forget it.

When I read Golf VR6 It draw my attention, when the hood got opened and I saw a naturally aspirated VR6 that revs around 7200 rpm ( according to the sound it makes at high rpm) I was really happy😃 I love the VR6 more than any other Engine. I own a 210 hp 3.0 L VR6 my own, and would never change it to forced induction. Big thumbs up for the driving skills! Any it also impressed me that the original Brake Discs are sufficient for the Ring! Awesome!!!🥰

You just reminded me that I built a Revell Scale Model Mk2 Golf GTi kit when I left school in the 1980s. Great to see the car and lap, I've not driven the VR6 - I looked after an 8v Mk3 GTi and 16v Mk3 GTi in my second job and loved the handling. (Now in a Mk7.5 GT )
