My 16-year-old son told me the other day that his mom hates that im in a long-term relationship. She told him i didn't deserve that kind of happiness it should be hers because she deserves it. I've been with the same woman for 8 years, and she's bounced from dude to dude. The best thing she ever did for me was leaving. 2k likes! I've never gotten this many likes on a post, so thank yall very much.

My ex was delighted that I was still struggling after we split, while she got married to a guy she only knew for 6 months... lots of nice wedding photos, our oldest kid playing the violin and the younger kids throwing petals. I wasn't invited, but I told her that I hoped it worked out for her. They got divorced 11 months later. I used the time to get a new place to live, a better job, etc. The kids all live with me know as well and are done with her, and she _hates_ that I am happy. I was never angry if things went well for her, but she cannot stand anyone else being happy.

Social media is a blessing and a curse. It lets women be the narcissists they truly are, while giving the men the opportunity to learn this before they make that big mistake. Unfortunately, I think it also breeds narcissism where there might not have been had it not been for social media. One woman I dated for a brief time gave me a link to her FB page, where that look into her life showed me that she was noting but poor white trash and we never went beyond that initial dating stage.

What ex husband wants to go back to a woman that bailed out on their marriage and screwed around with several other men. My first wife did this to me and then after screwing around six months decided I was the best person for her. I told her I couldn't go back because after getting back together working and paying bills routinely she would get bored again and go looking for excitement. She was the only woman I had ever been with intimately. I cant put into words how bad the images of her being physical with another man hurt me. My sister fell for this toxic feminism brainwashing in college. She is now in her 50s, single, alone and working 60 hours a week while still paying back her student loans and paying rent. My mother who never went to school, got married at 18 and was a stay at home mom. Now that my father passed on, she is retired, living in a paid off house with no bills other than utilities, money in the bank, new car and she does and goes where she wants. She misses my father daily and still goes to see him at the cemetery every week to thank him.

My older sister is exactly like this. She is full of advice and wisdom for others, posts her garbage on social media, and yet every life decision she’s ever made has failed. People post to her “you go girl!” or “Wow, you are so brave!” or “You are truly living your best life!” She’s 59, been married and divorced, FOUR times. She’s currently living in another families basement.

My wife manifests this "never fully happy" mindset by ramping up the complaints. She has a really cushy life after her "mistakes" and problems she's put the family through. When the complaints begin to increase, my standard statement to her is "you certainly complain a lot", meaning she is needlessly complaining about things that she should be thankful to have. She's intelligent, so she gets what I'm attempting to convey and she usually shuts up. However there have been a handful of times where she didn't stop (usually because she was in the depths of her substance abuse), and I calmly walked up to her, dominated her field of view, and stated quietly: "if it's as bad as you say it is...there's the door. See ya". She gets really quiet after that, will never apologize (that requires a woman to accept responsibility...which is not going to happen), but at least she begins to act like a wife and mother the next day after she sobers up. Now she's been clean for several years, but if she screws up again and goes back to her substance abuse, my state allows for an at-fault divorce due to her substance abuse where she will leave with only the clothes on her back and whatever she can fit in a plastic bag. Believe me I've got all my ducks in a row already waiting for that to happen.

Why do you think they "imported" all those Arabs into Germany, Sweden and France? Because of compassion? Nope. They need the labor. All welfare states need a large young population working and paying taxes for these societies to function. Now they are declining. Men in Europe do not want to marry and have families anymore because of the insane feminist promulgated laws that mean their financial and emotional end when she files for divorce. Her need for admiration from other women over road her need for simple attention from her husband. Now she realizes that the "likes" are hollow. The attention she got from her husband was real. Those likes aren't taking her to the hospital at 3 AM. Those likes aren't fixing her tire in rush hour traffic. Those likes aren't taking care of the house, paying the bills, or snuggling up in the evening. But her husband would have likely done all those things. She ignored what she had for what she wanted. Not realizing the what she wanted couldn't help her with her life. Just another woman with a post mid life crisis who is wondering what to do with her life once the kids are out of the house and retirement feels like it is right around the corner. My ex-wife was a bit of a drama queen. She ended up leaving me right before I deployed. At the time, it really messed with me, but now I'm super happy it happened bc now I'm married to my best friend I had in high school and she's given me an amazing son and supports me in everything. Meanwhile, the ex is pretty much still living with her twin sister, single, no kids, working a dead-end job. And with us all about to hit 40, I'm pretty certain she's just going to stay single the rest of her life and live with her "furry babies" and sister. So glad I dodged that bullet.

@@Ash-sx3is Needy is what describes it. I used to get home from work, 10 hours, and she’d be on the couch telling me how I didn’t do enough for her that day. This was in a home with piles of laundry everywhere, and no food cooked. She just spent the entire day on her ass drinking coffee, Red Bulls, eating vicodins while talking to internet men and showing them ten year old pictures. Couldn’t even get up with our daughter for school she was so lazy. I could tolerate a lot, but the part of not doing enough for her while I enabled her lazy lifestyle got to me. I'm old enough to have watched this happen a few times. Neighbors, relatives, friends. It's always the same story. The woman's eyes begin to wander. She cheats emotionally. She begins to compare the person she is with to an idea she has in her head of the other person. Then, all the little things the current partner does, normal things, start to drive her crazy. Eventually, she leaves. She hooks up with the crush. They're nothing like the idea she had in her head. It doesn't work out. She ends up alone.

@YasminMahnaz Yes, I'm sure. I'm talking about what I've witnessed personally. For her age group. She is at the age where age is setting in and is wanting to still feel young. Desired. All the crap the movies have sold her. The statistics back up my statement also. Women are leaving marriage more often than men are. There are lots of reasons why this might be happening... but that is what is happening. I think many people simplify why it's happening too often. Saying "Well, the reason women leave marriage is they make out like a bandit! They get half his stuff and blaw, blah, blaw." When the guy could have been a prick. I have my own theories. People don't know what a healthy relationship should look like. Some are so damaged a healthy relationship is uncomfortable. It's foreign to them. Men and women have different goals on a primal level. Men want to spread seed. Women want to have children. When some men have gotten to do what they want, they are done and want to move on. Same with some women, after they have their kid, they don't need that guy anymore. I know not everyone is like this. But it would be ignorant to ignore what I see happening.

I am so happy my wife left me and our children. She “missed out” on partying because she had kids young and wanted to be free to party. She did nothing but sit around and get high throughout our entire 8 year marriage. Never got a job never cleaned house got mad at me when I cleaned because she said it made her feel lazy for me to be cleaning while she was doing nothing and had done nothing all day. She was a drain on me and the kids and now that she is gone we are all happier with my current wife. It took awhile but both kids 16 and 11 now call her mom. My daughter started a year after I remarried when she was 13 and my soon took longer and just recently started calling her mom. They did it on their own neither of us ever ask them to or even brought it up. My ex goes between living in a tent and living with her toxic mother. She now has several dui and other convictions. She has another kid with some dude that neither of them take care of. We really lucked out I was trapped and scared I would not get custody if I divorced her but she did it all on her own.
