I absolutely 100% feel he should have been charged with something! Like a lot of people are saying, why would he choose to put her on the balcony & not out his front door ?!! In my opinion, she just wanted to get away from him so why not just let her out the door ? Why kidnap her & put her on the balcony so that her only recourse to escape is to try to get to maybe someone else’s window by going off the balcony ? He should’ve at the very least been charged with unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping! I guess this is just another example of if you have enough money, you can buy your freedom, change your identity & go on with your life. Completely unfair & a travesty! Not to mention what this verdict did to her family !! It’s just disgusting any way you view it !

Locking someone you DO NOT KNOW, who is intoxicated and in distress, on a balcony is SO irresponsible. I don't know how he expected things to go. The fact that he brought up throwing her off of the balcony then locked her out there shows that he was probably hoping she would fall or jump, so he didn't have to actually push her and he wouldn't be physically responsible for her death.

I’ve met 2 men from online dating. The first one upon our second meeting tried to light me aflame. He tried 3 separate times. On the third attempt he abducted me from the apartment parking lot where I live. I was talking to a second man at the same time and was feeling unsettled about the first man. The second man spent a lot of time telling me not all men are bad and I relented and met him. He’s never been anything but good to me in every way. We’ve been seeing each other for 3yrs. I found out a few days ago he’s a registered sex offender. I WAS HORRIFIED! Now I don’t know what to do bc he’s always been so wonderful to me. At the time he was under the influence of drugs. He’s been clean and sober for 15 years. I’m so confused. I would say that I would never use a dating site again but I think it’s fair to say that it really doesn’t matter if you meet someone online or not, you don’t know what you’re getting into.

This is the one true crime story, where I am always a hot take. If you watch a lot of deep dive documentaries into this as unfortunate as it is, that she passed away, and I don’t think that him, putting her on the balcony was the right decision, clearly they both were inebriated, and she was being incredibly violent. He should not have put her on the balcony that was wrong. But he didn’t push her or throw her over. She jumped/fell. It’s a horrible story with a lesson to be learned about not getting drunk to that extent. Especially with strangers and especially if you tend to be kind of volatile drink. I am not excusing gables behavior for putting her on the balconybut she also has some culpability in her behavior. We are always so quick to believe the woman that sometimes we forget that there is a man involved that isn’t always a monster. The guy that straight through his girlfriend off the balcony, and there was recordings of it prior of them in the hallway fighting, that one sure. This one, yeah I’m gonna forever be the one in the other side of the fence. I don’t think that gable is an angel but I don’t think he’s a murderer either.

It seems like some girls take hours deciding what shoes to wear and only minutes deciding who to sleep with. May Warriena's soul rest in peace. What happened to her is truly horrific, however, to be honest, listening to the story and the recording, I just got the idea that she didn't handle her alcohol well, which affected her mental state at the moment. Gabel asked her to calm down several times, offered to cook her something to eat, and even demanded that she leave. He may have not handled the situation perfectly, and maybe he wasn't the nicest guy, but honestly, it doesn't mean that he is a murderer. Maybe locking her out on the balcony was his only way to get her away from him till she calmed down. In my opinion, this was a horrible accident caused by two individuals who acted irresponsibly.

She wasn't tall enough (or sober enough) to do that herself, she also couldn't have climbed back over the balustrade by herself. She was drunk, on a windy night, on a narrow concrete ledge. That is not reasonable force. Reasonable force would have been showing her out the front door (with her phone and personal possessions) and then locking the door behind him so she could not re-enter the apartment. That's what I think happened there. Poor girl.

That audio 8s bone chilling.I think he got off on rough sex whereby he controls the scenario it didn't sound like consensual sex at all.The spirits made her bit viscious but nothing really to warrant forcibly removing on to the balcony. When someone says let me go home she is being forcibly manhandled and captive.Callous disregard he is way more culpable than clever lawyers and a rich dad had his back it's a nightmare date for sure maybe don't go ti strange4s houses drunk first date it's too risky horrible case rip.

It's a bit difficult for us in the USA to get details about Australian crimes. There is one called The Family Murders that I'd ❤ to hear you narrate.

Beautiful, intelligent, mature women don't get violently drunk, break things, throw rocks and abuse people. That's childish, spoiled brats behavior

So it's only befitting for the unattractives to do this. 🤔🤣

Of course people can last meeting on tinder, its the people that make it work, not the app. I keep trying with this lady but I just can't, she makes weird pauses lol
