Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
Thanks for watching
Have a great Day. Josh

No...the guy who bought the shed was supposed to make the payments😂 If the shed was ready to go, and he truly didn't care,the should have prepared the gate so it could be picked up at any time. Especially that rotten ass pos gate and fence post 🤷 I would have seen it as an opportunity to improve the gate once the shed was gone. Or ..I've seen some shed sellers offer the shed at a huge discount in situations like this,but the payment has to be in full. It isn't cheap to send someone 3 hours away to fetch a shed that size. You know that sheds gonna cost the next person more than it should trying to recoup losses.

I'm asking bcoz I know that where I live, you don't pay for something it gets repossessed and I'm trying to ascertain how the repo person is at fault is all? They're normally equipped with proof as to why they're there with not just a removal vehicle but actual paperwork.... Just curious
@TheBootyWrangler

@@yvettewilliams4893 in some jurisdictions a company is required to inform local PD of a repo prior to the occurrence of said repo. This is obviously just to reduce the amount of confusion caused by angry customers calling the police on the repo man. If you don’t like it go live in one of the many counties of the US that do not enforce this in their municipal code

I was contracted, by lenders, to retrieve property belonging to the lenders until it's paid off and had fallen months behind on payment. Had a couple that hadn't been paid on in over a year. I’ve been in that same position turning peoples power off with, fences to cross,high grass/fields, dogs, owners, etc. it feels great when the owners say you can’t and then you do. The first guy saw it wasn’t easy, so he pushed it off on someone else, and that’s what they do to me.

Yours certainly isn't a job that can be filled by somebody just walking in off the street! There's experience, and lots of it, to accomplish what you did in this video! And not only the mechanical and visual skills, but interpersonal ones, too! You keep the transaction calm and professional as well as friendly. GOOD WORK, SIR!

I randomly picked a KZbin video to watch but this video was awesome. It was fascinating to see how they repo sheds. And to top it off the repo man was quite nice considering how they are abused by those that don’t think they have to pay for the things they get. This guy does an amazing job, I’m impressed.

If someone has been there before he knew they were coming for it and should've taken the fence down. Judging by the condition of the fence, it's not doing anything anyways. Good job getting that one out of there

Animals will stay away from the fence line just knowing there is (was) an electric wire there. We kept cows in with a single wire a foot off the ground. (it wasn't on for years.) Horses are smarter, but they'll avoid them too.

as much as it fascinates me watching these videos at how skilled yall are are putting these in and out of weird places, I fear the unscrupulous will just use these to find ways of keeping you from getting them. But the main lesson to learn from all this is... don't finance crap. Ever. Pay cash or do without.
@meauxjeaux431

Exactly ! I'm 68 and I haven't financed anything since I was in my late 20s. EVERYTHING I bought, or built since then has been with ca$h. That includes my house that I built starting with a 20X20 building, and added on a little at a time. I also did all the carpentry work myself. I Started out buying cheap secondhand vehicles and kept upgrading as I went along. And RARELY (my latest truck) did I buy brand new vehicles. Instead, I bought ones that were 1-2 years old with low mileage, I bought just TWO trucks in 34 years! My current truck is an '05 Ranger with only 75,000 miles and is in excellent shape. Imagine how much interest and depreciation money I saved, and $TILL HAVE, just by not falling into the debt trap.

What about expanding my business? I’ve run my shop out of a little 3 bay hole in the wall for 10 years and we’ve vastly outgrown it but the upgrade required is going to be hundreds of thousands of dollars (most likely about 1M) and I only have about 250k saved up but have the workload to support the move.

The rent to own on these sheds ends up being 3 or 4 times the actual price or regular financing much like the rent to own furniture places. I built a nice building for what on of these cost.

I would’ve dropped that swing gate if it were me, but hats off to ya man because you would’ve called and called and he would’ve never answered. It was pretty obvious he had no intentions of helping you guys out in any way. Whenever I did repossessions I’d always tell them I’m here so it’s coming with me today and I can take care of it now or I can take care of it in ten minutes when the sheriff gets here but either way it’s going today. That usually makes the trouble makers stfu when you mention the sheriff.

Aren't you a man???.. why do you need the sheriff? 😂.. your not a little old lady or a child. Handle it like a real man and deal with it on your own.. police have better things to do then to help you do YOUR JOB... It would be hilarious if you called the sheriff and a little 5ft lady sheriff pulled up to help you... Society is so backwards now it's insanity. GROW A PAIR AND BE A MAN.😂😂😂😂😮🤯🙏
