I hate people who leave their animals to die. All this cat wanted was to be loved and was cruelly dumped. It could have ended horribly with MK on the streets, alone and starving. Instead dreams came true. This was so lovely to see.😭

I used to feed a stray cat (Patsala) and try to get closed to her but she would not let me, She trusted me and my wife by having birth in our back yard ,we adopted all 3 kittens .Early this year she died from lung disease. It is a hole in my heart because i could not tell she was sick, Only the last 3 days we realized something was wrong with her and after trapping her we took her to the vet but she did not make it. Ever since we saved all strays on the street(23 so far de sexed vaccinated microchipped and antiflea treatment.) 4 were to wild to be home so we let them go TNR ,9 adopted with a local shelter's help, 10 of them are still with us looking for a home .Thanks to the local vet he appreciates what we are doing and his charging us low fees. All in memory of Patsala ,Rest in peace my sweet baby your tragedy has made me a cat rescuer ,your death is the reason for saving other cats.

I appreciate that you adopted a senior cat. They are old and it'll be very precious if they can spend the rest of their life in a household, knowing that they are loved and treasured. Because these abandoned cats are depressed and it's heartbreaking how somebody could do that to their beloved pets. If you have issues keeping or taking care of your pet, please give them to a shelter or a loving family.

MK might very well live for another 5 to 10 years. I have taken care of cats that are 20 years old and older - on average they live quite a bit longer than dogs. With exercise, a good diet, and lots of love, MK will have a great life with Brittany - it is a far cry from where MK was when she was abandoned. Well done to everyone involved in her rescue, and many happy years to you all!

Why do people abandon animals? It is beyond my mind to understand this. All it takes is a few phone calls and a trip to a shelter. Is that too much to ask for an animal that has given you trust and love. It breaks my heart and makes me so goddamned mad! 😩😡💔😿

Me too. I volunteer at a cat rescue, and we receive many abandoned animals and shelter cats. It disappoints me that humanity is so cruel. Furry friends have so much love to give and only want to be loved. ❤😢

I don't know if she knew this girl was her human,but they certainly detect if you're a cat lover.I feed many cats a day in the village where I live.When I go to the nearest cities I usually have some cat following me.And it's not because I have cat smell because I always get changed.They know when they can approach someone that won't try to hurt them.Maybe it's the way cat lovers look at animals,how we look at them,how we talk at them. All that gives them lots of information.I m certainly glad for this kitty and her owner.And don't think about the time you'll be together.Just make the most of it.❤
