Dang man, 3:31 on your FIRST marathon!? Especially after your injury!! Also you saved Tejas with the electrolytes! I've only run one marathon, and while I was drinking gatorade from the aid stations (and carried my own) I guess it wasn't enough, my hamstrings cramped up at mile 20 and I had to run/walk every 500m for the last 10k. I didn't hit "the wall" because I still had energy left, but my muscles wouldn't have it. I didn't find out til years later, that's what happenes if you don't have enough salts.

It was cool watching this , I knew you were going to be at the more manageble shakout with Floris and Kieran but 11:00 was way too late for me (I was going to watch a show in the westend that afternoon ) ,it looked like you enjoyed London . The Marathon was brilliant (though very crowded more then NY ), good vibe and great temps.(the post orginization was a little hectic especially with the local tube stations being closed ) Very well done!

I am so emotional for the all athletes out there, I am so dying to do cycling, running, etc, (I used to ride my roadbike 100+ km, but now cant like 60-80 km on flat ground, cant push or pull hard) but my knees are holding me back. something wrong with cartileges.
