@Shigashi84 Your No Gi techniques. Its very helpful for No Gi BJJ and MMA...people will laugh, but for Krav Maga, too.

Best advice was from my Sensei. "As you get older focus more on ashi waza because it won't expend as much energy and creates opportunities.". Thanks for the seoi options, that Ouchi is really sweet!
