@@thisemptyworm4677 I would imagine it's because of how fucking heavily encrypted a lot of Xbox 360 games are, and the amount of security measures Microsoft put into the console hardware itself. Due to that I'd say it's probably going to be a good while before any 360 game is 100% playable on PC.
