13:50 This has sort of become a bit of a retcon in the series. Originally, command spells could appear anywhere on the body, such as Rin having hers on her arm. Later instances have consistently had them on the hand, such as in Zero where every Master had their seals on one hand, so when adapting the UBW anime, Rin now has hers on her hand as well. Since the command spells can appear anywhere, Shirou needed to check everywhere on Issei, which is why he was forced to strip

I won't tell in case you prefer to discover by yourself by reading the manga or the VN. I can only say that one rule about servants, also explained in the first route only, that servants are actually copies of the actual spirits and are always different copies from one war to another, meaning that if this particular lancer for example, were to appear in another war 60 years from now and meet an aged shirou, he would not remember
