With the exposure you would give them, and the statement it would make, 'that every super car owner needs a G wagon' they should GIVE you one, it would be a great marketing tool, they would be stupid to turn you down if u pitch the idea, hell u got 1.2 million scrubs and go to every major car event in the world and more than half would be in the G wagon, i would boycott Mercedes if they turned u down

It's actually not made in Germany ,except for the engine ,which is made by AMG .The car is made by Magna Steyr of Austria for Mercedes guys.

Awesome! Loved it! Can I offer a suggestion... when recording offroad bits for certain cars, I think it would be better to turn off the auto-stabilization in the camera so it is clearer to audiences what the terrain is actually like that.

On the inside this is ok, but from outside the previous generation was much much more beautiful, I hated these new headlights and the new front bumper! When I saw in Geneva it was a disappointment, I would rather stay a few more years with my 2015 and hope that a possible facelift can correct those shit !!

That's my thoughts, ultimately. I like the interior but prefer it's predecessor's exterior. I prefer the more squarer looks and headlights, and I miss the front bars/rack too

That offroad trail was about a green level what we would call in the US. If you had a Wrangler Rubicon you could do blue and maybe some blacks.. Similar to a ski slope but Red is like double black diamond...the only road car that can do that is a Hummer H1 or modified buggy or jeep with like 40 inch tires and a 5 to 6.5" lift kit.

Apparently no one has heard of a car thats considered a rock crawler. The Jeep and the g-wagon were considered rock crawlers. Its unfortunate people are dropping things they use do in their free time quite often. Rock crawling vehicles aren't known to handle well. Just drive up gravel and large rock and mountainous areas. Its still not a supercar! Its not a transformer.

I love the Edition 1 to this G63. It's way better than other Edition 1's from AMG. The red outline on the wheels look awesome and way better than the silver ones that makes the cars look odd. I hope they did that to the rest.

They did a great job reengineering the G-Class - but it wasn't me if I had nothing to complain: I'd love if all V8 engines would receive the new ISG system with 48 Volts (so that it would be exactly one volt to every valve!), and I miss a panoramic sunroof and fully electrically and ventilated independent rear seats, and I'm not sure if the optional Multibeam LED Headlights features the Ultra Range functionality (650 m high beam) - or if maybe even their latest Digital Light will be made available. But since a Maybach variant of the G-Class is confirmed, my guess is we'll see all of that quite soon! Furthermore, a short-wheelbase convertible G-Class or even a long-wheelbase Landaulet and maybe a new 6x6 could fill the holes in the garages of so many car enthusiasts - and who knows, maybe I'd even sign myself in!

You can only tow a trailer if the total MAM of the vehicle and trailer isn’t more than 3,500kg. above 3500kg total mass you need a "truck" licence C1

G63 has is no real off-road vehicle, the rims and tires aren't good for real off-roading at all and it is very low for taking it on rocks! It is a solid car good for on-road with a great exhaust sound but it still has big con on the U-turn. I had one G63 2014 and sold it after a year.

outstanding G-class. Mercedes always got it honestly am short of words all credits to this vehicle. i don't know if am the only one who noticed this it really feels like Mercedes had some of the interior done for them by Ford or they just simply copied. If you take a close look at the design for the window control buttons on the driver side and the brand name carrier on the front of both chairs in the front of the vehicle, if you compare them to that of the 2017 Ford F-150 platinum they all look the same i mean it can't be a coincidence that both the bran name carrier on the chairs and the window control buttons look the same.

Fortunately, they didn't make the new AMG G 63 the same as the other new weird Mercedes-AMGs. And this is an SUV that actually behaves like an SUV, but she's elegant and beautiful at the same time. That's a very rare combination.
