New BUGATTI TOURBILLON! First Look at the 1,800hp Chiron Successor

This is the brand new BUGATTI TOURBILLON! Join me in Molsheim for a first look at Bugatti's awaited successor to the Chiron, a first all new model in 20 years. Limited to 250 cars, featuring a hybrid V16 powertrain, we're spoiled to an introduction with Mate Rimac. Let's check it out!
It's a completely new era for Bugatti, now operating as Bugatti-Rimac, the Tourbillon follows the closing of the W16 chapter with the Mistral. After the Veyron launched 20 years ago and re-wrote the definition of what was possible, the Chiron arrived as a natural successor, and now it's a new time and therefore an all new model.
The name represents that of the finest of watch movements, a Tourbillon, and nowhere shows that more closely than the dashboard sitting within a floating steering wheel. However, the exterior is where we began; a natural successor to the models that have come before it, cloaking an all new hybrid powertrain.
With an 8.3l naturally aspirated V16 engine making 1,000hp and revving to 9,500rpm, the total output is further supported by a trio of electric motors for a total of 1,800hp combined with a 25kWh battery pack which can offer 50-70km of electric only range, while also supporting the immense performance including a top speed limited to 278mph.
It has been an honour to visit the Chateau St Jean to explore the new Bugatti Tourbillon ahead of the global debut, and to preview it with Mate Rimac, President of Bugatti-Rimac.

There's MANY reasons why I love this car, but one of the most important one is that interior, not a touch screen to be seen, it's PURE elegance. The Toubillion mechanism for the instrument cluster is next level, along with the other interior controls. I honestly thought that this new Bugatti would disappoint. Be an EV, be a practical super-GT. And man....I love how wrong I was. Mate Rimac not only understood the assignment of making a real Bugatti, but he went for maximum grade possible! @@all-caps3927 Tourbillon and the horological industry is barely known by normal people, mainly watch enthusiasts and people who understand how the invention increased accuracy. If we were in the age where people used watches the way they used to, and could afford a watch with the Tourbillon mechanical addition, then yes it would be less difficult. But, in this day and age, most people have never even come close to a mechanical watch unless they are enthusiasts. BTW its Tourbillon not Tourbillion. I could say the same thing about Japanese project managament methods like Ikigai or Kaizen. Something that is also only used by a group of people that you could compare in some way to watch enthusiasts (being corporate workers and business professionals). But, to hear Westen corporate and business professionals butcher the pronounciation and call them hard to use words or something they have never heard of, is the exact same point you are using to reply to Joel.
