I made these bread yesterday and it was sooooooooooo delicious!! Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe. 1 Question, we do not have an egg that is 25g, they weigh around 55g. Can I use the entire 1 egg (55g) to this recipe? Do I have to increase the flour amount? I had to throw out the rest of the egg last time I made this recipe. Thank you so much for your help!

You can break an egg 1st then mix together and weigh 25g as her recipes but if you use flour not the same she recommend...then you still have to see the dough get dry or get wet (too dry then add water/milk/eggs...too wet then add flour). ;-)
