Yeah that makes sense. UE insists on having their app appear on top, I always have to go in settings to turn that off. Wonder if DD will do the same.

I feel like the amount of time between pick-up and delivery on DD is way tighter than it used to be. I remember there used to be a pretty generous time buffer usually. This weekend, every order I took had no more than 5 minutes of buffer.

It has become common to start with GPS saying I'll be 2 or 3 minutes late.

Since they announced the tier program here in Montreal I have had my worst week of dash since years. No orders at all, my ar is 28%, requirements are similar to the US,

Why does it only ask if I feel safe in the nicer neighborhoods? It never asks in the neighborhood where an Uber Eats driver was killed with a machete a couple of years ago 😳

Well I had a weird stacked order tonight. One of those was an alcohol drop off that was marked Leave at door. Guess what, no scanning of ID just the Take photo. Tried twice to contact live agent at DD. Gave up. 🤷‍♂

I used to have that issue with it trouble loading. But that was when I was with T-Mobile. I switched over to Cricket a year and a half ago and have not experienced that nearly as often.

I'm not opted in shopping anymore so I can't speculate on that side, but I wonder about this shortening time is being tied to the "new cleaned up" offer UI thingy that I'm starting to see in my market. A lot of times I'm not even given correct address on the "cleaner UI"! Happened tonight. I had to call customer to find correct entrance to dwntwn address.

I got an offer for IHOP yesterday and on the offer screen it said +$1 if I can verify Thanksgiving hours. I didn't accept it though because it was a crap offer lol

Same here, I got a verify but it didn't pay enough. This was only a verify, no food at all, so forget customers, even Doordash isn't willing to pay us enough. It should be at least $7 to verify.

Yes it has arrived in Canada. I’m in Ottawa. Silver is 4.5 customer, acceptance 50% and completion 92%. Gold is 4.6 customer, 70% acceptance and completion 97%. Platinum is 4.8 customer, 70% acceptance and completion 97% and 100 deliveries last 30 days. Is that the same as in the US ?

I don't think so. In Chattanooga market, Silver is 4.5 customer, acceptance 50% and completion 90%. Gold is 4.5 customer, 70% acceptance and completion 95%. Platinum is 4.7 customer, 70% acceptance and completion 95% and 100 deliveries last 30 days. Odd why CA ratings are so restrictive.

I don't use DD much. Little Creeps Pizza, I stay away from only the second one I have seen ready. The Pizza Guy here got attacked by three dogs and was sick. A lawsuit is ongoing. Don't let the add-ons make you crash your car; they're never worth much.

Stacked orders time and delivery times are way shorter. This started in my zone at least a month ago. My 96% on time I've had for years is now 95% because of it.

Yep indeed, the Doordash driver punishment program is now live in Canada. It's badically the same as all the individual programs... But worse! My AR will still stay low unless they offer acceptable offers. It is completely dependent in them offering very basic profitablity on offers, which is why I'm always sub 20% and usually closer to 10.
