I use a Tablespoon with my overnight oats!! 1/2 cup regular oatmeal 1/3 greek yogurt 1/2 milk ( regular,almond, coconut-any) 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup 1 Tablespoon Chia seed. Put in mason jar & leave overnight That is a base you can add things to these such as ground cinnamon, mashed banana, vanilla extract and walnuts for banana bread flavor. Add peanut butter & smooshed raspberries (heat with vanilla extract & maple syrup wisk) for peanut butter and jelly flavor! Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and peanut butter for sweet taste. You can always add in a scoop of protein powder!

Well, there's a right and wrong way to soak chia seeds. They don't usually need to be soaked for a long time. But it doesn't hurt to soak them longer as long as you are activating them first.

You want to make sure every single seed swells. For that, I prefer to activate choa seeds before soaking in liquid of choice. So please activate first and then soak overnight. Activation video shared on my community wall

Well, it depends on age and gender.. Women under 50..25-28 gram, men of the same agr need 31-34 gram per day. Above 50, women 22gram, men 28 gram.. It's Always better to back your fiber intake with adequate liquid. Talk to your doctor for any lifestyle changes

bilkul kha sakte hai...chia seeds ko weight loss /gain ke liye nahi balki unke umpteen beenfits ke liye khana cheyey. i weigh 50kg and i have been eating chia seeds for 5 months continuously. I have not lost an inch nor gained any weight. (I do not need to lose any weight either)...I m happy to manage it....but chia has helped me improve my health.

Take calcium supplements and recover from deficiency. No superfood will work as quickly as medicine dear. So dont depend on chia for calcium deficiency. Once your levels normalize, you can manage them with chia. Also Check your vitamin d and b12. You are likely deficient in vit d too as your body needs calcium for vitamin d absorption

@@zunairawajid-fo9rzI typically do 1 tablespoon in a glass of room temperature water and let them soak for about 30 minutes to an hour before drinking it on an empty stomach. I squeeze some lemon juice in the water just before drinking it too. Lots of people put it in their smoothies so it’s effective that way as well.
