I put one teaspoon each of Chia seeds, Flax seed, and phylum powder in a smoothie with a banana, fresh blueberries, strawberries, and frozen cranberries and blend it well before drinking it. Very tasty and naturally sweet.

@@tmn8547 No, but I usually skip lunch and eat a light breakfast and dinner. I can’t say the smoothie caused this but I went from 238 to 198 pounds in three months.

I use a Tablespoon with my overnight oats!! 1/2 cup regular oatmeal 1/3 greek yogurt 1/2 milk ( regular,almond, coconut-any) 1 Tablespoon honey or maple syrup 1 Tablespoon Chia seed. Put in mason jar & leave overnight That is a base you can add things to these such as ground cinnamon, mashed banana, vanilla extract and walnuts for banana bread flavor. Add peanut butter & smooshed raspberries (heat with vanilla extract & maple syrup wisk) for peanut butter and jelly flavor! Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder and peanut butter for sweet taste. You can always add in a scoop of protein powder!

1 tablespoon and soak overnight Becse chia seeds tend to swells and overnight is enough and if u soak it fr less time and consume , it swell in the stomach and causes constipation I’m doin it since 6 months , I use to have constipation issues Bt not anymore

Well, there's a right and wrong way to soak chia seeds. They don't usually need to be soaked for a long time. But it doesn't hurt to soak them longer as long as you are activating them first.

Hey, you are right, i used to soak chia seeds overnight & then consume,, but last week i just soaked them for 20 mintues , now i am facing constipation issue😢😢, i was wandering that why is this happening, now i got the answer

Well, chia seeds help lower blood pressure and are a natural way to prevent blood clotting. They are a natural blood thinner. Please consult your doctor regarding this as I don't know about your blood markers. How much bp do you have after medication? Why are you on blood thinners? bilkul kha sakte hai...chia seeds ko weight loss /gain ke liye nahi balki unke umpteen beenfits ke liye khana cheyey. i weigh 50kg and i have been eating chia seeds for 5 months continuously. I have not lost an inch nor gained any weight. (I do not need to lose any weight either)...I m happy to manage it....but chia has helped me improve my health.

Take calcium supplements and recover from deficiency. No superfood will work as quickly as medicine dear. So dont depend on chia for calcium deficiency. Once your levels normalize, you can manage them with chia. Also Check your vitamin d and b12. You are likely deficient in vit d too as your body needs calcium for vitamin d absorption

@@zunairawajid-fo9rzI typically do 1 tablespoon in a glass of room temperature water and let them soak for about 30 minutes to an hour before drinking it on an empty stomach. I squeeze some lemon juice in the water just before drinking it too. Lots of people put it in their smoothies so it’s effective that way as well.
