I am signing up for Vimeo & Rmble accounts as I watch this to subscribe. It seems that 1A needs "Shall Not Be Infringed" amended as well. We all know it's a private platform, but we all also know now that government agencies colluded with private enterprises to suppress speech.

Can you bring a civil suit against the KZbin users who report "violations" since they are vandalizing your legal business?

You can bring a civil suit against pretty much anyone for pretty much anything, whether or not you'll win is another matter. May just end up spending money on lawyers and legal fees and lose, or the person you sue may turn out to have no assets anyway, putting you in a situation where you basically get nothing even if you win. But it might be worth doing anyway just to prevent future false violation reporting. There may be something in KZbin's T&Cs that says you can't do it, like Clint said "at the end of the day, it's their platform..." The fact that they gave the channel the strike makes it appear that KZbin considered it an actual violation of their terms, anyway, which would pretty much tank your case against the person, you'd only have a chance if you could prove they were knowingly and intentionally making a false report of a violation, not a legit one...

If you have the money being this false reporter hates guns and is affecting your buisness I would take them and utube both to court and figure any damages present, future and monetary and illbet you have an attorney anyhow, file it we can't let these thugs keep destroying this country snd businesses involved with guns

Y'all should promote exclusively your rumble videos in your newsletters. I visit your videos 100% from newsletters. I think this would bring your rumble numbers up and make you less dependent upon youtube.

Maybe have a video player on your website where we can see more content that might be prohibited on KZbin. You can let us know about new videos through email and text. I think the other video platforms just do not have as much content. The search function and player are also not as good as KZbin. With a few upgrades and more content from all gun channels, it would help the other platforms start to be used more.

P.S. They might be willing to hear it now, I know the sheriff in my hometown (Stone County, AR) made an official statement saying they had more important things to worry about, and it wasn't something they would be strongly enforcing. This coverage got a lot of people, that didn't even know a substantial amount of Americans had just been made felons, focused on what rights of theirs were being targeted. I think it'd be the perfect time with everyone kinda asking what's next ya know

I obviously haven't won the lottery, but I'm still agreeing with Clint. If I had the money to buy whatever I'd like, I'd be more intrigued with EOtechs new designs then spending $8k on a 1911, and I have an enhanced S&W 1911 for my EDC

I was surprised by many of the gun manufacturers present at the show, so many guns I would not dream of buying. All the AK versions available are a constant surprise to me - who buys these things? Styled guns - it's weird anyone wants a gun styled like a 50's space gun or a gun with a built in cross bow (yes this was really in the 2022 show).

I'm very much looking forward to seeing the coverage of the shot show. I'm happy to see your taking more people to get more new product information for us. As for the year of the 10mm. The ammo is so pricey and not a caliber your going to walk in every store and find it. That will put it right back to where it has been. I'm a definite fan of the 10mm but it will be the ammunition manufacturers that make it or break it. My thoughts on the deal it's a bunch of b.s. on they're part. Are they going to ban cars or butter knives next because they can be dangerous.
