Good topic. I was thinking about waiting after 2 years after I start a family ..so I could probably get the 10 year green card and I got enough proof to show a genuine marriage. My girlfriend and I been together since 2017. Thinking about taking the marriage step by Christmas.

My husband and I waited 8 years to file after getting married lol and dated for 6 years 😂 there was no rush but we’re ready to start our lives in the US

Hello Sir: I want you to please clarify something for me. I live here in the US over five years now. I am a lawful permanent resident. In 2023 April I filed in for my wife along with my two step kids as riders. During that period of time I was 4 years and couple of months. Now I’m over 5 years and want to apply for my US citizenship but the attorney who did my wife paperwork is saying that I should wait until my family come to the US before doing my citizenship. Now my fear is that, I don’t know the actual year my wife gonna be approved for visa and My green card will be expiring in 2028 . The attorney further told me that if I apply for my citizenship, that means I will have to re-file for my wife . Meaning I will be starting the process all over again. I need your thought on this please. Thanks!

Doesn’t matter if he is out of status as long as the marriage is real and bona fide and if at cbp inspection he was honest and never had premeditated intent to stay, he changed his mind while being there

But here is my question I know the window at the embassy is small so what if they ask for pics but your album don’t fit under the window . Should I just get the album where pics can be taken out instead of getting those online album like chat books )
