Thank you, thank you, thank you! As a nurse, I work with elderly patients. The difference between a patient who has prioritized his or her health through the years and a patient who has not is very apparent...and often heartbreaking.

One of many incredibly valuable mantras I’ve taken from your lessons is “choose your hard”. Two years ago I chose my hard and I’m down 120 pounds and counting! I care deeply about my health because I have big goals and big whys and a big vision for my life. Thank you for continually sharing your expertise with all of us! ❤

Wow, amazing! Congratulations on your major success! You clearly chose your hard with severe planning, discipline, and execution. You deserve to be proud of your work and accomplishment. Keep those WHYs in front of you and eye on the prize. Thank you for sharing your story and the thoughtful and supportive message about my work. Keep CHOOSING THAT HARD!

Absolutely! Managing my weight is always a priority for me; I'm among those who weigh themselves every morning. Without this routine, I fear I'd become significantly overweight. I tend to ignore the external chatter since what works for one person might not necessarily work for me. Looking good in my clothes and feeling confident is important. Hence, weight management is a crucial aspect of my life and happiness.

Thank you for sharing, Ida! Women stepping into their power, doing what works for them, and tuning out the noise - LOVE it! Keep up the great work!

Agreed. When people say it’s unhealthy to weigh yourself often, I think it is worse to be overweight. I do think you shouldn’t do this in front of your kids :)

I think we should always "care" about our mental and physical health, which includes our weight. We shouldn't" worry" about these things but if concern means care, then by all means, health should be of utmost importance to each of us. I weigh myself everyday to manage my weight. We are never too old to take the best care of ourselves :)

I watched this twice, it was so good! I have been listening to your videos since about 2017 and videos like this have quite literally changed my life. I’ve created systems, stayed in my own lane, regularly practice ‘WAIT’, and have so much more confidence in the person I’ve become. (One of my favorite things to do is throw on a Tracy video and go for a long walk!) Thank you for this awesome content!

I just saw a recent picture of Bridget Fonda. She’s 58 and obese. I would never have recognized her if they hadn’t said who she was. We should always be concerned about our weight not only for health but feeling good about ourselves. I’m 71 and work on it every day mainly because of my health. I enjoy being slim and fit and it allows me to be active and able to do the things physically that I want to. I don’t want to buy new clothes so I need to stay the same size. Fat can contribute to so many health issues and some cancers. Every time I go out in public I am shocked by all the obese people. 30-50 years ago it was so unusual. It’s always the fat ones who tell me that I’m “lucky that I’m slim.” Luck has nothing to do with it. It serves me to be slim and fit. I allow dessert once or twice a week so I don’t feel deprived lol!

Tracey, I love your practical approach to skincare. What do you think of red light therapy? Have you purchased one?
@TracyHensel9 ай бұрын
Hi Julie! I have used Red Light Therapy both in the home & a couple of times in the skin spa. I found at home wasn't worth my time and it wasn't worth the money in-office. I am approaching 53 now, things have changed and my focus is on active ingredients in the home, collagen stimulating procedures in the office and planning and preparing for surgery. In my 30's and 40's it was much different, but now the cards are dealt differently. Let's just say I've grown up from those treatments and procedures for the yougner gals.

Great video! I see concern as a positive thing and anxiety as a negative. But for someone asking the question, I would say What are your goals, and are you achieving them? Are you happy with where you are? That can give you answers if you need to change anything.

Thank you Traci! I’ve been watching since 2017 and my life as changed literally! I was one to always make up excuses for myself about losing weight and getting healthy. I now know I have to choose my hard and forget about the noise around me! I now get up 5 days a week at 4 am. I just get up and don’t talk to myself lol like you’ve have said before if we listen we will have an excuse. God bless you and thank you so much ❤❤❤ Traci I follow similar skincare to you, do you still use the glycolic pads before retin a? Thank you ❤❤
