i tried ice, my neck got worse and is blocked now !!! I used the ice directly on skin, omg, it's hell now.

Doc can i ask about cervical stenosis,it can be treat by chiropractic?i hope you can answer

The symptoms can be helped with chiropractic and spinal decompression therapy, but it does matter how far advanced it is. It's also likely that the stenosis will continue to develop and may eventually require surgery.
