Complete clouds and rain here for 4 months from November through February. Then, in summer it's 110 degrees every day. Lastly, you will pay 400K for a starter home here. Do your homework before moving here.

why? would like to know before I move there
@kennethhorton8390 Жыл бұрын
@@Joripuff102 Please just take my advice and tour at all possible for a few days. That way the newness feeling can wear off and reality can set it. Don’t expect for there to be much to do. Most people who are not from the TC, move there for job opportunities and do end up leaving within a few months to a year because it’s just such a letdown. Don’t anticipate much. Trust me. Do all the research that you possibly can if you do not tour but believe me, you’ll want to tour.

I used to live in the Tri-Cities for several years and do find myself missing it, I now live in Central Texas (near Austin) and while I love living in a major city like Austin I do miss the Tri-Cities as it has everything I want for a medium sized city yet the Tri-Cities also has a strong small town feel to it, I miss having stores like Fred Meyer and Winco, what do you think of Fred Meyer? The one negativity I have about the Tri-Cities is I feel they focus a little too much on the chain restaurants and not enough on the local restaurants, I agree the Tri-Cities has one of the best transit bus systems for it being a lower end medium sized community, I like how I'm able to travel from one end to the other end of the Tri-Cities within a half hour, in Austin it takes anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours get get across I-35, I have to agree with you the Tri-Cities is a very bike friendly city, I miss riding my bike along the Columbia River, I do have to agree with you that the shopping selection is not the best over in the Tri-Cities, especially compared to other similiary sized cities.

Hey girl. I just got my license. I’ve been working for a RE broker for the past 4 years. Now that I can sell, I’m interested in one brokerage. I would stay where I’m at but because of the office environment I don’t think it will work. Anyway, I’m scared to go into a brokerage with no income! Should I just go for it or quit my job now, get a part time and go into a new brokerage? Thanks!

How is tri cities for winters. I don't like Seattle grey winters. Do you recommend moving to tri cities just for sunny winters and have enough places to go to for like a month

WIND and more wind. If you move here, bring a kite. It's windy almost every day. Trump territory too, if you like that. I don't, but I have to stay here for now. Oh, did I mention the wind? This place is chock full of Trump supporting anti vaxxers, anti maskers, and inslee haters. When I say hatred, I mean it. They are angry here and believe conspiracy theories.

I've been trying to find info on camping and fishing in the area and can't seem to find much of anything. No idea if there are any lakes around, it would be nice! Trying to decide between Vegas, Tri Cities area, and Boise. Only trouble with Idaho is they all seem to hate anyone who comes from out of state, mainly CA , OR, and WA, but mostly CA. Fortunately, I'm coming from HI.

@@slc12312 they have pretty good fishing on the Columbia river . As far as camping near by I don’t think they have much but tons within a couple hr drive . @@BeastModeFitness11 I hear you about the sunshine and cold... we are moving from Hawaii. Not always sunny where we live, but it certainly isn't cold! I like Spokane too, just not 3 feet of annual snow. I'm too old for that, and one slip for my mom would do her in. Liking WA due to no state income tax.

@@VeronicaRamos_ Couldn't stand the heat, couldn't stand the snow. Public transportation infrastructure is beyond poor. However: great places to eat that couldn't be found in a big city. Great people, unless you start talking religion or politics -- it's quite common to offend them unintentionally. Hey, if you are not an asshole as a person, you'll do just fine )))
