Bro if u have never taken protein supplement before then you must take only half scoops for 1 week to get your body used to it. Because yes our body suspects a different source of protein going in our body. After 1 week it gets used to and then you can take normal scoops after workout.

Bro it completely depends on your body. Some people are allergic to creatine and then side effects happen. If you are not allergic then no problem of hair loss. Big example : Very few Indian bodybuilders are bald and almost everyone of them have taken creatine in the start because it is very popular just like RD SHARMA book in schools. Just buy creatine from a verified company and you should be good to go.

Protein as such doesn't cause any problem if consumed in right manner and right amount. Still if you think it may cause some problem get KFT done regularly and cycle it after using for 15 days ....one thing to consider is the artificial sweeteners which are pure chemicals....go for unflavored or ones that have stevia in them....the explanation is based on my experience....was able to reduce weight n gain strength simultaneously while working out in home n gym...hope this helps
