Day 1 - Biceps/shoulders Day 2 - Chest/triceps Day 3 - Back/abs Day 4 - Rest/leg day Day 5 - Biceps/shoulders Day 6 Chest/triceps Day 7 - Back/abs All done with 5-10 min warm up, and ending with 25-40 min cardio(hit 300 cal on the machine everytime). This has been my training the months up to summer and it has worked wonders 😄 Anything Any of you lovely people would suggest to do different now I dont really have the time to train like this anymore? THANKS

You don't need to train everything twice a week. Just do high volume 5 days a week, training one muscle group each day. Mon - Chest Tues - Back Wed - Arms Fri - Shoulders Sat - Legs. 5 to 8 different exercises per muscle group and keep at 3 to 4 sets. You can work in abs on any day. Or you could do what you are doing but just train those muscles once per week and superset your exercises to save time.

I've been doing this for a long time and Mike knows his shit! What I've learned after decades of lifting is that you have to experiment and work with the ranges of motion that work for YOU as an individual. Forget what anyone else in the gym says or thinks about "FULL RANGE OF MOTION" or "Not doing it right". I've made a ton more progress focusing on just the right range of motion where I'm blasting the target muscle that is intended.

Training chest and back together is a big deal, as is matching shoulders and arms. I like to put a leg day in between workouts so I don't overwork my elbow and shoulder tendons, and I always take a rest day after 3 days of training. In my rotation, I train 5 days in week 1, and 4 days in week 2, because I feel that rest is where the magic happens. I never looked at the PPL again, my arms and shoulders were falling behind, and also with sore elbows and forearms.
