Nick, when you trained shoulders with Kamal at MI-40, the bar on your eccentric in an overhead press came exactly to eye level. Now you’re bringing it consistently to chin or even below. Are your shoulders feeling better, or is that in the RP style, or just a change? Just curious.

The RP app teaches too much volume. You stay at the minimal effective volume at. All. Times. And keep intensity 100% maximum at. All. Times. Also you already are doing cardio when you life heavy ass weight. Cardio is just getting your heart rate up past a certain point.

@HD Muscle-if there was ever a time to be careful during bodybuilding, it would be training traps-nick should go past his comfort level slightly and my advise is to go three sets at 80 max effort. Under the traps is some serious nerves and I am a fellow bodybuilder not a physio or doc. This is coming from experience. The weigh should drag the traps down just enough to do so

In addition to hard training i believe the reason his shoulders are the size of basketballs is the fact that every time he raises his arms they get a workout from raising the biggest best heaviest fucking arms maybe in human history Hope to God nicks health is okay. I'm worried someday that I'm going to tune in and hear the bad news

Which way do people face if the smith machine has an angle to it. I push so that the bar goes back over my head some people push so the bar is going away from them.
@EvanZamir7 ай бұрын
Your way generates external shoulder rotation which may be more prone to injury than doing it the other way which is more internal shoulder rotation.
