Nicks form is absolutely impeccable. I love his training style, and as a 43 year old guy myself I have adopted this training technique with the slow concentrated feel/tempo and have seriously gotten the best results and craziest pumps I've ever gotten in all my years of training. Wish I would of had the knowledge I have now 20 years ago. Definitely feels better on the joints and gettin that maximum blood pumps in the muscle. Love it! 💪. Rootin for ya to get that O win bro!

You simply have unusually large arms, and your shoulders are of an absolutely incredible size, which is precisely why you can hardly achieve an upper and outer chest large enough to accompany your shoulders and arms. Try working with heavy dumbbells and external upper chest presses at an angle of about 30 degrees. Also, do heavy dumbbell flys with the lower part of the chest, and sometimes you can do contra chest presses. In that case, with your chest, maybe you can reach your oversized shoulders and arms ?! When you're posing from your back, your glutes maximus, leg biceps hamstrings, and calf muscles look kind of weird compared to your back. I honestly don't know what you can correct here, and if you succeed, then you have a huge chance of becoming the world champion and Mister Olympia.
