Frozen vegetables actually aren't bad, in some cases they're better. They flash freeze the veggies at their peak ripeness, so not allowed to get old and nasty. I don't know why people think they're worse than fresh, ie. unfrozen.

Weird question, but does rice give anyone here give people the s^*ts a good amount of the time? I seem to react really poorly to any level of dietary fiber it seems. It's bizarre and annoying, and I'm starting to wonder if I just have a problem with rice 🍚, maybe brown rice more specifically
