Cal Rose! Damn I wish my Costco had that but the microwave rice is a great sub too. Nice snag on the rotisserie chicken I love that stuff. I add 40-50g honey with my post workout whey shake. Bananas are good adds for carbs especially when you’re up to 5-600g. Keep the vids coming Justin good stuff. Love your training style and tempo too 💪🏻
