The whole choking thing freaks me out even just talking about it. I think for me it's just going against every instinct I have. I guess I basically feel the same way Zack does. Like I know it's probably gonna be fine as long as I don't actually try to straight up murder someone, but that's all it takes is the intention. I could just easily decide "time for a little murder!" and just apply more force. But perhaps this kind of thinking is why I don't see much action...

naw there are definitely people into death fetishes who don't want to die. Its hard to explain from an outside view, but there's something viscerally appealing about in a weird sense of intimacy. Apparently its the same thing with some serial killers, they might not be wanting death as the end result, they want to be extremely intimate with somebody to the point where it causes physical harm (like wanting to put their hand literally in their guts). I guess its sorta like people who want to be eaten: they probably don't wanna die but unfortunately due to the limitations of the human body the process will probably kill them. ...not that I would know anything about those.
