I randomly clicked on this video to hear the story about the trip with Kobe. Now, I’m crying realizing how much I miss him. I didn’t even get to watch him play (I’m recently getting into watching the game). However, hearing of the devastating news of his untimely death like millions of others I started seeing interviews, hearing stories, of him. He seemed like such a great man. To see what Gigi would have become ……😢😢😢. RIP Kobe and Gigi.

He get his recognition, but he was never the same after the injury. He was a shadow of his former self after the injury, yet prime T-Mac could have competed with any player. He was a sublime talent. One dribble pull up takes insane athleticism. Your momentum is forwards then boom you come to a stop then push yourself backwards for a fadeaway. That stuff might not look explosive athletic but most ppl don’t realize how hard it is. That’s why you don’t see a lot of ppl doing it

Kobe and MJ are the same. It's hilarious. Only those two would keep score on literally everything. Who got to the gym first, who made the most shots in practice, who came out victorious in scrimmage, etc. I love it though. Retired Kobe was such a father figure and something different was brewing out of that. It's just so sad we didn't get to see more of it because literally everyone started to respect his competitive nature.
