I bought the ferments at Costco, Grocery Outlet, Sprouts and have also ordered online. I am trying my hand at making ferments as well. The ones I’m making are not ready yet though. I will definitely keep you updated. I still am trying to put together my video of the visit with Dr. Sean. 🤦🏻‍♀️ there has been nonstop construction at our house and out of town visitors since we’ve gotten back so I’ve gotten nothing done.

I have heard that miso is fermented but I wasn’t sure what to do with it.

@@ketovorekandi Hi Kandi, I have a miso soup of beef broth with added miso. Also, I cook ground beef and add a teaspoon or so for flavour. Miso is a living probiotic food so it's important not to cook it but add it after cooking so as not to sterilize the culture.
