Recently started exercising and watching my diet to find something that works for me. Realize it’s hard for me to cut rice but I need to eat more protein and less carbs. This is helpful to see the journey :)
I totally agree with your concept about choosing the most comfortable diet to reach fitness goal ! I tried keto, full vegetarian, and high protein low carbs. I think they all have good result, but need to choose the one you feel most comfortable with.😂 I tried Keto twice. The first time was very effective , get so lean in two weeks . And second time , when I worked at a school and they always have morning tea, then I gained so much fat with keto and from the morning tea( so absolutely can’t be even a bit naughty). And I did not feel healthy with keto too. I found I love high protein low carbs the best haha easier
