@jossdeiboss24 күн бұрын
Fair enough. However, "Urusai" while shouting is very feminine. And the nuance for "Urusai" (which means "noisy, loud") is more like "you are annoying" - but I am not giving out any commands. Here the correct translation is indeed "Damare!", which literally means "Go silent!" as an order.
@jossdeiboss24 күн бұрын
The general rule is that usually dubbing is worse than the original acting. So, an American movie will sound better in English; a German in German; a Japanese in Japanese. As for Anime, Japanese sounds better (even if evidently everybody is dubbing) because the Anime is MADE for the Japanese. A Disney cartoon sounds better in American English for the same reason. And also, some scenes are readapted depending on the original dubber (scenes are usually just sketches when recording the first time)...and the director may ask a dubber to modify the tone of voice, depending on how he imagined the scene and also depending on how the dubber is giving nuances. The dubbers for other countries, instead, have to stick to what is the product and try to mimic a performance.

In Hindi it's kept as Shut up in place of Chup rahiye as voice timing has to be matched.
