This is the exact video I was looking for. I used to be a brilliant student who never forgot anything-whether it was something I saw, listened to, or did. But after getting my phone, I became addicted to it. Now, after two years, I'm noticing some significant changes in my thoughts, actions, and memory: 1. I feel stuck in a loop of racing thoughts: It's often not related to the present moment, and sometimes I lose track of where I am or what I’m doing. My mind just keeps racing, and I can’t focus on what's in front of me. 2. I make mistakes very often: As a student, I was productive, curious, and never procrastinated. I used to finish tasks on time without delay. Now, I feel overwhelmed by everything. I procrastinate, struggle with motivation, make silly mistakes, and lack the energy to work through challenges. It feels harder to solve problems, and I don’t have the willpower I once had. 3. I forget things very easily: Over the past year, I've noticed that I forget things often, like where I placed something or what I was talking about with someone. What's worse is that my older memories seem to fade faster. Sometimes, when my friends tell stories about past events I was part of, I can’t remember any details, and all I can do is nod and agree. As I come from a lower-middle-class family, financial constraints have made it difficult to consult a doctor. I’ve visited government hospitals several times, where they prescribed medications, including sleeping pills, antidepressants, and vitamin tablets-but none of them have worked. After watching this video, I’ve decided to follow every step suggested. I hope it will help me, and I plan to update my comment every week to let you all know about my progress. It is now 4 weeks running - I can feel little improvement.

Dear Sid Sir, I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the role you've played in my life. Your guidance and understanding have not only helped me navigate my thoughts and emotions but have also shown me how to manage them with patience and insight. I often reflect on the ways you've encouraged me to approach my own mind with kindness, giving me the tools to better understand myself. You've taught me that managing my thoughts is not just about discipline or control, but about self-compassion and clarity. I’ve come to realize that by gently observing my mind, as you've shown me, I can process my feelings in a way that leads to true understanding and growth. Your wisdom has helped me see my thoughts not as obstacles but as stepping stones on my journey. Thank you, Sid Sir, for your guidance, your patience, and for always listening with an open heart. You’ve made a profound impact on my life, and I am truly grateful for the journey we’ve walked together in helping me find balance and inner peace. With heartfelt gratitude and respect, Your student Dev

These videos give me a mini motivation boost and then i decided to do my work tomorrow, and that tomorrow never arrives. Even if i decide to take actions immediately, i'm not just able to. I really hope you could give me a solution to this problem. Thanks.

I often feel afraid of my future more clearly 'uncertain' as a 11th grader.. this is the time where you are pressurised by many like teachers parents and who not.. so whenever they speak about future there is a little fear poping out of me of not being successful so basically what i do is just avoid those thoughts and have a positive hope but do you have a real solution for this like how to avoid the manipulation of people and to not be afraid of something which might or might not happen... btw your video was super energizing for me ❤ and there's something about which I'm always afraid if one of the fear is solved another one is getting into me and i keep thinking about it

Hello Dr. Sid... I just want to know that is it good to Make to-do list of upcoming 3-4 days of work in a single day? I am preparing for JEE and I usually list my 3-4 days of upcoming works in to-do list and this makes me feel happy,,, but is it good ? Because you said we don't solve a problem instead we add more to the brain and it leads to stress.

Only make plans for 3-4 days if you know you are going complete your everyday targets. And won't procrastinate
@elite69
@elite69 Ай бұрын
There are plenty of methods to plan. But you have to do what works best for you. You have been using this 3-4 days to-do for a while. Now answer one question to yourself, "Do I complete more than 70% tasks mentioned in the list or I just procrastinate half the time ?" If you get most of the jobs done then, it's fine but if you cannot then shit to only the next day todo. You are most likely to see more productivity. All the best for your JEE preparation. I am also a science student and preparing for a different entrance exam.
