I can relate to your point , when i do meditation for 15 minutes i can feel 15 minutes is to long, so the conclusion of this video is time dilates if you focus on one thing.

Hey Sid The last time I messaged you was during the early part of 2021 when I stumbled upon your weekly Gita sessions. Ironically it seems like only yesterday when I was a jittery NEET PG aspirant burdened by the uncertainty around the date of the exam. I am pleased to say I got the branch I wanted in a college I dreamt of and now I look back to those days with a pleasant smile across my face and a fondness of certain memories like watching your Sunday morning videos. That’s time, memory and perception for you. I would once again like to thank you and also suggest a wonderful book I came across called Your Brain is a Time Machine by Dean Buanomano. Cheers!

The dark side is trying to slow down time, light side speeding it up. When we are healthy and strong and happy with a high vibration we move quickly through time and get lots done. Everything around us expands. The tasks at hand become easier to overcome and everything we do becomes intentional. I believe this is how Enoch "walked with God". He said in the video "time becomes infinite." That's where the earth is going for those that grow in light ✨️

So if we somehow manage to increase our attention span by not letting the dopamine levels go down by not letting things go monotonous, keep engaging with the task at hand we can increase the time. Is that ryt? But what about mood? Do we have control over that?
