Yay! I finally got to see the famous Squirrel-Friend video! Missed it at the time and couldn’t find it. I think the most convincing explanation (from a later discussion somewhere, not in the comments on original video) is that Squirrel-Friend has a long brown ponytail! The mad in response to dad saying her friend squirrel can't visit. Seals it for me. At first i was wondering if Billi was talking about her human friend 'squirrel' or an actual squirrel. Billi pressing mad, confirms she was talking about her human pal :) Edit: approx three years ago when Billi lived in a flat/ apartment with a balcony. Floof and Iggy are about 8/9 and 9/10 years old. I got Floof as a rescue, bottle fed him and he turned out to be a foster fail. Iggy came to me at 6 or 7 weeks old, way too young to leave mom but her family wanted to get rid of the kittens so she came to stay with me, It's amazig to see how many words they have learned. For wet food, for scritches, for snuggles, for outside (secluded yard) for play. And they don't have a "mad" button but oh boy do they let me know when they are mad with something

This is amazing - all of the connected videos, too! Sometimes, cats just have favorite people. I "lost" a cat to my youngest son when he got married. Inky went with him, because he would have wasted away without him. My oldest son moved back with us for a few months and my current cat is absolutely smitten. I am only a substitute human for her now! If she had her choice, she would move out with him once he can find a place to buy. She can be snuggling in my lap and if he comes through the door, she bolts for him. If I hadn't had other cats who loved me most, I would begin to worry. lol

This reminds me of how my friend's kid would call me "lotion" when he was a baby. We don't know why. We didn't live too far from each other and I her was still a toddler when i moved away. He would say "lotion" whenever they drove past my old apartment complex. That kid is 18 years old now 😅😅😅
