This video shows a short day race and a short night race in my home sim rig.
Mounted above the rig are 2 Philips Hue play bars which are synced to the in-car lighting using Hue Light Sync. It's difficult to make out in the video, but at night, they mirror the lights shining into the cockpit, and during daytime, they grab visual data from the dashboard and simulate sunlight and shadows from trees etc.
