Apart from anything he has single handedly raised the profile of darts and brought so many new viewers. Great to see him doing so well and hope he goes on to win it. Seems a nice grounded lad and able to handle himself plus he will have a strong support team around him. Best of luck to him

Darts, to me, feels like the sport for the working class and is unapologetic about it. Its great fun to play and watch, with an affordable entry level for nearly everyone. It's non-woke nature is something that draws me (as many others) in time after time. I love the fact there's a drunken footy type crowd with chants, and love the fact there's cheerleader girls who aren't wearing much. Darts feels almost like a time machine back to the 80's-90's in the best possible way. I adore everything about the sport.

I had forgotten how much I Enjoyed darts 🎯 in the past .. instead of watching West Ham vs Brighton I watched the darts .. turned out to be completely the right move 🇬🇧💯

In typical Jim White fashion, he completely misses Gary's main point & he keeps going on & on from a wrong perspective. One thing that Gary Anderson was trying to put across is the fact that Littler having to constantly do interviews, Zoom calls etc when he could be spending some of that time practicing/getting ready & sharp for matches & Jim White doesn't seem to have noticed that. And to add on to that, they cover him with praise(rightly so) but you just know as soon as there's a bump in the road they'll be waiting to pounce.

Everyone understands Luke Littler is way beyond his years and age is just a number. Times have changed. He can beat any player any time and is ready for this stage. Media taking credit lol while doing a media show is self serving and it's the fans that pay the money that supports the game and grows the sport worldwide.

The beauty of set darts is he was literally one mm away from going 3 sets up and he would almost certainly have won it had it been a mm the other way. Todays ( Thursdays ) Premier League line up announcement is going to be v interesting. I dont envy Barry Hearns having to make the decision. i would have him in but but that means one of Noppert , Cross or Aspinall missing out ( Anderson too ) . Tough one ?

Luke Littler is really good for the game. Very entertaining and he seems like a nice kid. Gary Anderson's heart is in the right place here but he has a tendency to moan a lot. 😁 BTW, I think darts is a sport. Be brilliant in the Olympics !!!
